KARACHI: Sindh Inspector General of Police (IGP) AD Khawaja has taken notice of a media report regarding the alleged involvement of police in the smuggling of Iranian diesel.
A police statement here on Friday said the IGP had directed Additional IG Karachi for conducting a comprehensive inquiry into the matter. He further instructed that the investigation should be keeping in view the contents of the media report and that the same be presented for his perusal.
