IHC adjourns FBR’s cases against M/s Sheladia, M/s Fauji Foundation

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday adjourned the hearing of cases carrying submissions pertaining to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and its field offices.

A division benches of the IHC heard the cases filed by the FBR or its field offices; however the hearing of the cases was adjourned to different dates of February.

The division bench, comprising Justice Noor ul Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah heard tax references filed by the Islamabad Regional Tax Office (RTO) Inland Revenue commissioner against M/s Sheladia Associates, Islamabad, and another tax reference filed by the Large Taxpayers Unit (LTU) commissioner against M/s Fauji Foundation.

The court had adjourned the hearing following absence of parties’ counsels from the court.
