ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court Division Bench adjourned hearing of income tax references filed by the Oil and Gas Development Corporation Limited (OGDCL).
IHC Division Bench comprising of Justice Shaukat Aziz and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard and adjourned three income tax references by OGDCL against commissioner income tax of the Regional Tax Office (RTO).
OGDCL had filed the plea through advocate Nasim Sikandar who submitted the petition challenging RTO decision imposing a penalty of Rs 20 million over the said petitioner. The bench adjourned hearing of cases till January 19.
