ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday adjourned hearing of couple of tax references involving Customs Appellate Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).
Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah heard and adjourned a Custom Reference filed by M/s United Express against Customs Appellate Tribunal. The bench would hear the case in third week of June.
Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb also heard the case filed by M/s MND Exploration & Production Limited. After hearing brief arguments on the bench adjourned and dated the case in office.
