ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of the Islamabad High Court will hear federal excise duty and sales tax cases on Tuesday filed by M/s Punjab Oil Mills and collector of customs, Rawalpindi.
M/s Punjab Oil Mills has challenged a decision given by Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue. The collector of customs, Rawalpindi has filed the case against Customs Appellate Tribunal by challenging its decision before the court.
Former case, a reference of federal excise duty, would be heard by IHC division bench comprising Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah.
Case filed by collector of customs, a sales tax reference, would be heard by IHC division bench of Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani.
