IHC benches will hear petition filed by Punjab Oil Mills

ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of the Islamabad High Court will hear federal excise duty and sales tax cases on Tuesday filed by M/s Punjab Oil Mills and collector of customs, Rawalpindi.

M/s Punjab Oil Mills has challenged a decision given by Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue. The collector of customs, Rawalpindi has filed the case against Customs Appellate Tribunal by challenging its decision before the court.
