IHC division bench to hear two customs references today

 ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC), comprising Justice Noorul Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah, will hear two custom references on Tuesday  (today) involving the customs appellate tribunal, Islamabad.

Haidir Beverages Private Limited and M/s Bestway Cement Limited had filed these references, challenging the tribunal’s decision before the high court.
