IHC division benches will hear four tax references today

ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear four tax references on Wednesday, challenging the decisions of Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue and Customs Appellate Tribunal.

The IHC division benches comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb would hear the cases.

Appellant M/s Amson Vaccines had filed a petition against Member, Custom Appellate Tribunal and others. The appellant had challenged a decision of the tribunal through the petition.

Other cases involved petitions filed by M/s Tulip Riverside Hotel, Muhammad Altaf Chaudhry and M/s Anique International (Private) Limited who had submitted pleas against the ATIR and customs tribunal.
