IHC divisional benches will hear two cases filed against ATIR

ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of Islamabad High Court will hear couple of cases filed against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).

IHC divisional bench comprising of Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani will hear a tax reference filed by M/s Aftab Traders. The appellant had challenged an ATIR decision before the court.
