ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of Islamabad High Court will hear couple of cases filed against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).
IHC divisional bench comprising of Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani will hear a tax reference filed by M/s Aftab Traders. The appellant had challenged an ATIR decision before the court.
Another Division Bench of the IHC comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb filed by Commissioner of Inland Revenue. In this case, the appellant had made Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue a respondent against the decision of member of ATIR.
