ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued a notice to Customs Appellate Tribunal for appearing before the court in a customs reference case on January 14, 2016.
The court has issued notices after a customs reference in a case filed by Hadiri Beverages (Private) Limited.
The notices states: “you (the tribunal) are hereby summoned to appear in this court (IHC) in person or by a pleader duly instructed and able to answer all court’s questions relating to the matter on 14/01/2016.”
The notice further cautioned that “in default of your appearance on the day before the court, the case will be heard and determined in your absence.”
