ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued a notice to officer of the Regional Tax Office (RTO) while hearing a writ petition filed by Standard Chartered Bank.
Justice Aamer Farooq heard the petition and issued notices. The petitioner had filed the petition through Advocate Naveed Andrabi.
The court had also directed respondent in the case, deputy commissioner Inland Revenue, to submit reply by January 26.
