ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday issued notices in cases filed by commissioner income tax.
IHC divisional bench comprising of Justice Noor ul Haq Qureshi and Justice Aamer Farooq heard the cases filed by commissioner income tax against M/s Safe Guard Security Management Private Limited and citizens, Khalid Randhawa, Atif Raheem Burki and others.
The court also remanded back custom references filed by Mari Gas Company, Pakistan Oil Fields Limited and others against collectorate of customs.
Meanwhile, the court also dismissed an income tax reference filed by commissioner Inland Revenue Legal (RTO) against Rawalpindi College of Commerce.
