IHC postpones hearing reference filed by M/s Pak Telecom Mobile Limited

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday adjourned the hearing of an Income Tax Reference (ITR) involving chargeable Federal Excise Duty (FED) amounting to Rs 5 billion.

A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Noor ul Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah, heard  two interlinked income tax references. The bench adjourned hearing after brief arguments by the parties.
