ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has directed the Customs Appellate Tribunal to appear before the court in a customs reference case on May 5, 2016. The court has issued direction after a customs reference was filed by M/s Wahaj Enterprises.
The notices states: “You (the tribunal) are hereby summoned to appear in this court (IHC) in person or by a pleader duly instructed and able to answer all court’s questions relating to the matter on 05/05/2016.”
The notice further cautioned that “in default of your appearance on the day before the court, the case will be heard and determined in your absence.”
