IHC to hear case filed against Commissioner Inland Revenue today

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear only one case of tax related department on Tuesday (today).

The court was hearing a small number of cases during the ongoing winter vacations. A single bench of the IHC, comprising Justice Athar Minallah, would hear the case filed against Commissioner Inland Revenue by M/S Techacess Limited.

It is pertinent to mention here that the court was hearing only few cases relating to taxation matters or officers as three judges of the court were on winter vacations.

However, two judges, Justice Shaukat Siddiqui and Justice Athar Minallah were holding hearings until their vacation turn starting after some days.
