ISLAMABAD: A division bench of Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear three tax references filed by M/S Telenor LDI Communications Private Limited on Wednesday.
The bench comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb would hear the income tax matters filed by subsidiary company of Telenor Pakistan.
The petitioner has filed all three tax references before the IHC in which it has challenged decisions passed by the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).
Besides ATIR, officers of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) were also made respondents in the cases. IHC bench, which was hearing tax matters in routine, would hold hearing of the cases.
