ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) would hear plenty of cases involving Regional Tax Office (RTO) and Large Taxpayers Unit (LTU), Islamabad on Monday (today).
IHC division bench, comprising of Justice Noor ul Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah would take on hearing on four petitions filed against LTU officers (commissioner income tax and others), by M/s Fauji Fertilizer Co Limited.
Meanwhile, the bench would also hear two tax references filed by LTU, Commissioner Inland Revenue against M/s Konnect Holden Private Limited and M/s Venus Pakistan Private Limited.
Another bench of IHC judges, Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani would hear an income tax reference, filed by M/s Aftab Traders against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR); Pakistan Telecommunication Authority’s case against Islamabad-RTO’s additional collector; and another case filed by LTU, Islamabad against M/s Blue Logoon Restaurant.
