IHC will hear five tax references filed by M/s Jammu Kashmir Co-operative Housing Society today

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear five tax references, challenging the decisions of the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue and FBR on Tuesday (today).

The IHC bench, comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, will hear the references.

Jammu Kashmir Co-Operative Housing Society has filed all the five references against Appellate Tribunal and officers of the Large Taxpayers’ Unit, Islamabad.
