IHC will hear tax reference filed against ATIR on Monday

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear a tax reference on Monday carrying complaint against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).

The tax matter filed by M/s CMPak Limited will be heard by IHC division bench comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb.

The appellant had submitted complaint against ATIR by challenging its decision before the bench regarding charging of federal excise duty by Large Taxpayers Unit, Islamabad.

Meanwhile, another bench of the IHC comprising Justice Aamer Farooq will hear another tax matter submitted by M/s Lafarge Pakistan Cement Limited against LTU Commissioner Inland Revenue and others.
