ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear only one tax reference filed against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) on Wednesday (today).
A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani will hear the sales tax matter filed by Messer Nowshera.
Messer Nowshera had filed the reference in 2015 in which it had challenged an ATIR decision before the IHC. ATIR had yet not submitted new name of counsel to contest on its behalf while Advocate Syed Asghar would represent Messer Nowshera during hearing on Wednesday.
