Zslot Imre Kovacs had named Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue among respondents since the petitions filed by the appellant carried submission against decisions announced by the ATIR.

Other than ATIR, the Zslot Imre Kovacs had also named officers of RTO in the petition. He had challenged show cause notice issued to them by the FBR field offices pertaining to outstanding tax amounts.

Shifa Tameer e Millat University had also challenged the outstanding tax recovery notices issued by Regional Tax Office.

It is pertinent to mention that the said petition had been filed recently. The court would hear the matters for the first time. Petitioners in the cases had prayed the court to restrict FBR from making recoveries following issuance of notices to them in head of outstanding taxes.
