IHC will hear two tax references filed against ATIR today

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear two tax references on Wednesday (today) filed against Customs Appellate Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR)

The bench comprising Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah would hear the cases.

Faisal Hayat had challenged a decision given by the Customs Appellate Tribunal making it a respondent before the IHC.
