ISLAMABAD: The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has praised the steps taken by the Pakistani government. The IMF has deemed these actions as positive for economic progress. An IMF delegation is expected to arrive in Pakistan on June 28.
According to sources in ministry of finance these measures include making tough economic decisions part of the budget and eliminating tax exemptions on various items.
