XINSHA: According to the figures issued by the Customs, in the first quarter of the year 2015, the State-owned enterprises had imported as normal trade goods 151,000 tons of fertilizers with a value of RMB 500 million through Xinsha port.

Xinsha Customs House(affiliated to Huangpu Customs District) adopted an array of measures to support the  import of the fertilizers, for example, the work-at-appointment scheme and priority over customs formalities handling. Customs officers tried every effort to help enterprises reduce time and money that would be spent on clearance, supporting the country’s agricultural development.
