MUMBAI: Airport officials seized gold biscuits worth about Rs 3.05 crore from passengers in two separate incidents, police said.
In the first incident, four persons, who arrived here from Saudi Arabia, were arrested for trying to smuggle gold biscuits worth Rs 1.35 crore.
In the second incident, gold biscuits worth about Rs 1.70 crore were seized from a passenger who arrived from Singapore.
All the five passengers were arrested, police said.
