Indonesia Narcotics Drug Unit seizes tens of thousands of G-class drugs

BANJARMASIN: Indonesia Drug Unit Police seized tens of thousands of illegal G-class drugs from a woman, Narcotics Drug Unit officials said here the other day.

“The woman has long been the target of our operations, but only this time could be arrested. Thanks to the results of the investigation in recent days,” Chief of Tanah Bumbu Narcotics Unit Police AKP Suryanthi SH in Tanah Bumbu told media.

Firstly, the police arrested a drug buyer and immediately interrogated him thus leading to the seller.

Not long after, the G class drug seller was arrested by the police without resistance. The perpetrator was arrested on Monday (26/1) night around 21:00 in her house.

In this housewife home, 39,750 pills of G-class drug found stored in a crate.

She admitted getting tens of thousands of illegal G-class drugs from Banjarmasin from a man who she only knew through the phone numbers and each transaction was always on the phone.

The actor, who claimed to undergo the business because of debts, ischarged with Article 198 or 197 of Law No. 36 Year 2009 on Health carries a penalty of over five years.
