JAKARTA: Indonesia’s month-on-month inflation in December is seen at around 0.5 perc ent, chief economics minister Darmin Nasution told reporters on Wednesday (Dec 30).
The central bank has previously said the annual inflation rate may cool to 2.97 percent in December from 4.89 percent in November, due to changes in base prices. Indonesia’s statistics bureau will release December inflation numbers on Jan. 4.
