Inland Revenue Lahore seizes record of a sanitary store, involved in tax evasion

LAHORE: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Inland Revenue (IR) team has seized the record of Mahmood Sons Sanitary Store, alleged involved in tax evasion.

Sources informed Customs Today that the accused was allegedly involved in sales tax evasion of millions of rupees. They said that Mahmood Sons Saintary Store has wide range business in Lahore and other cities while its tax returns are lower than its sales and income.

On direction of Director Shahid al Hassan chatta, a team under the supervision of Director Amir Abbass and Deputy Director Zubair Khan raided the office in Lahore and confiscated the record including computer and laptop.
