ISLAMABAD: Federal Finance Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar has directed the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to hold discussion with the provinces on input tax adjustment so that the matter could be resolved amicably.
Ishaq Dar expressed these views while talking to Punjab Finance Minister Ayesha Ghaus Pasha, who along with her team called on the minister at the Finance Division and discussed financial matters related to the Punjab government including input tax adjustment and net hydel profits.

Talking to the delegation, Ishaq Dar advised that the provincial finance ministry should take up the issue of net hydel profits with the Ministry of Water and Power and Wapda. He said that in case any facilitation is needed in this regard, they may approach Ministry of Finance.
