ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue has converted Customs Inspector Abdul Hafeez Khan’s major penalty of ‘reduction to a lower stage’ into a minor penalty of ‘withholding of one annual increment (without cumulative effect)’.
The FBR chairman converted the penalty, imposed vide Board Notification No. 0574-C-III/2016, dated 29.02.2016, of the officer, posted at Model Customs Collectorate, Islamabad, on his appeal.
