ISLAMABAD: The Member (Admn) has set aside the minor penalty imposed on Abdul Salam Waraich, a Pakistan Customs Service officer of BS-16.
The officer, posted as Inspector at Directorate of Internal Audit (Customs), Islamabad, filed a departmental appeal against the minor penalty of “withholding of two increments with cumulative effect” imposed on him vide Board’s Notification No. 2832-C-III/2016 dated 18.11.2016.
After going through the case record, the Member (Admn), in his capacity as Appellate Authority, accepted his appeal and set aside the minor penalty imposed on him by the authorized officer.
