ISLAMABAD: Shireen Subhan, Inspector (BS-16), posted at Model Customs Collectorate, Peshawar, has been exonerated from the charges levelled against him.
As per details, the disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the officer under Government Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973, while, Adeem Khan, Deputy Collector (BS-18), Model Customs Collectorate, Peshawar, was appointed as inquiry officer.
According to the inquiry report, the charges levelled against the accused officer were not established. The authorised officer/Chief (Management-Customs) FBR exonerated the officer from the charges levelled against him. The officer was reinstated into government service from the date of his suspension i.e. December 03, 2015 onwards and his period of suspension is treated as having been spent on duty.
