Unfortunately, A rough translation of the forum posts only reveals that it is being worked on and not what kind of Paper Mario title it is.

Speculation seems to be that it will be a Remaster of the original or possibly of its sequel 1,000 Year Door. Both games have become fan favorites over time and would be well received from old and new fans alike.

Some merit could be lended to the remaster theory as it was mentioned during the leaked reveal of Devil’s Third last year.  The leak mentioning that Wii U would also have a “remaster” title coming this year as well.

Many fans are also hoping it will be a new game and will be a return to form for the franchise.  As the last couple titles in the series have not been met with good reviews.
