NEW YORK: Intel’s Skylake processor is shaping up to be a must have piece of hardware; especially for overclockers, Skylake is a god-sent.

To add more fuel to its hype, a new report has come to light which leads us to believe that Skylake has a very advanced circuitry that will ultimately benefit those who like to push performance via overclocking.

Some new images were shared online, that show it being even more sophisticated than Devil’s Canyon. If you look at it, the number of capacitors on the bottom of Core i7-6700K Skylake is very high.

That’s not all; there are different capacitors with capacitance. This means that compared to Haswell and Devil’s Canyon, Skylake’s power supply is completely different.

Also, the number of elements on the circuit means that Intel indeed wanted to make sure that Skylake is a massive OC beast.

Intel is yet to comment on the story but we will let you know if they chose to share their side.

Skylake will soon hit the market, and is looking like a very enticing product for PC builders.

It even managed to boost its clock to 6.5.
