LAHORE: Punjab Revenue Authority imposed 16 percent sales tax on internet packages.
As per details Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) imposed 16 percent sales tax on internet users, only students and educational institutions exempt from sales tax and they can use internet without single penny at Chief Minister Shahbaz Shrief proposal.
Chairman Punjab revenue authority Dr. Raheel sadique said that Punjab Revenue Authority will collect sales taxes on internet from users while educational institutions and student packages exempt from sales tax.
