TOKYO: Nintendo has confirmed that the next version or update of Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 will come on Nintendo 3DS as the successor of Azure Striker Gunvolt. The date of release has not yet been released.
Earlier today Inti Creates confirmed the development of a sequel to Azure Striker Gunvolt on their Facebook page. They stated that the continued support of their fans led to the decision to develop a sequel to Azure Striker Gunvolt. In the statment they said the following:
“As we reported on our Twitter, Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 is coming!!!
After all the support we received from our fans, we decided that we are going to give Gunvolt a second installment on the Nintendo 3DS!
As time goes on we will have more information, but for now, we are happy to report that Gunvolt is coming back to strike once again!”
No new information is known about Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 other than it will continue the futuristic adventures of Gunvolt as he continues to run from both QUILL forces and the Sumeragi Group set out to apprehend him.
Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 has no set release date but it is expected to appear on the Nintendo 3DS as its predecessor.
