IPR Enforcement South seizes huge quantity of counterfeit mobile batteries & cosmetics

KARACHI: Under the supervision of Director General Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Enforcement South Rubaba Sikandar, Directorate of IPR team has impounded huge quantity of counterfeit mobile batteries, power banks along with cosmetics and fashion accessories.

Sources said that IPRE South seized and forfeited huge quantity of counterfeit mobile batteries of different brands including Xiomi, Huawei, Samsung, Motorola, Techno, intel, etc. Fake power banks of Huawei and Xiomi, in original packing etc. Such counterfeits not only destroy the consumer market of these brands, but also cause heavy loss to the local buyers. Local Pakistanis are fooled into buying these low quality, fake products at the price of original branded ones.
