IR offices to observe extended working hours on December 31

ISLAMABAD: The offices of Inland Revenue (IR) will observe extended working hours on December 31, 2020 till 12:00 midnight to facilitate taxpayers in payment of duty and taxes, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) said on Thursday.

The FBR directed the chief commissioners to liaison with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) for opening of bank branches on December 31, 2020.
