ISLAMABAD: Commissioner Inland Revenue (IR) Appeals Regional Tax Office (RTO) Islamabad Ardsher Saleem Tariq has restore the registration of Nova Technologies.
According to details, Nova Technologies has presented its sales tax and income returns and which is accepted by the chief commissioner IR. Nova Technologies registration had been canceled in August for not submitting monthly sales tax returns from 2009 to 2014.
After the hearing in its verdict IR has said that due to no submission of monthly tax returns govt has no bear any loss, IR also give reference of Sales Act-1990 clause 35/2012 and clause 38/B sales tax rolls 2006 and restored companies registration.
