TEHRAN: Iran has allotted 2 trillion rials (about $55.5 million) to ease up production outlays and promote the exports, an official at Trade Promotion Organization of Iran (TPOI) said.
Farhad Nouri, the commercial services director of TPOI, said: “The related project will be funded from the subsidy reform plan,” adding that the first phase of the project will begin in a month from now and finish before the end of the current Iranian calendar year (March 19, 2016).
The first phase has been scheduled to reduce export costs via decreasing expenditures associated with loans, transportation, overseas exhibition participation, marketing, and branding advertisement, the official said.
He underscored that the relevant law is on the government’s agenda and required budget for the first phase has already been allocated.
