TEHRAN: More than 52,100 tons of kiwi worth over 1 trillion rials (around $27.6 million) were exported in the last Iranian year (March 2016-17), according to figures released by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration.
The main export destinations for Iranian kiwi during the period were Pakistan, Armenia, India, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, the UAE, Turkmenistan, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Russia, Uzbekistan and Kuwait.
