TEHRAN: The first exclusive exhibition of Iranian companies opened in Kazakhstan’s Aktau Port on Tuesday.
The companies are showcasing their latest products in different areas of economy, including agriculture, fishery, oil and gas, transport and transit, tourism, and construction, as well as technical and engineering services.
Kazakhstan was the 20th leading importer of Iranian non-oil goods in the previous Iranian calendar year, which ended on March 20, 2015, according to the Iran Customs Administration.
Iran exported $205.11 million of non-oil goods to Kazakhstan and imported $175.95 million of non-oil goods from the country.
In spring 2015, which corresponds to the first three months of the current Iranian calendar year, Iran exported $39.67 million of non-oil goods to Kazakhstan and imported $15.61 million of non-oil goods from the country.
