TEHRAN: A recent Iranian delegation in Poland signed 30 contracts with a total value of around USD 700 million. According to Jalalpour Mohsen, head of the Chairman of Iran Chamber of Commerce, the deals “mostly involved economic cooperation over power plants [worth USD 240 million] and fisheries [worth nearly USD 200 million]”, the Iranian Payvand website reported him as saying.
Official data indicates that the value of Polish imports from Iran in the first five months of 2015 amounted to USD 13 million, while the exports to the country were USD 13 million.
