TEHRAN: Iranian Communications and Information Technology Minister Mahmoud Vaezi arrived in China on Monday to explore ways for expansion of Iran-China ties in the fields of communications and information technology.
Vaezi, heading a high-ranking delegation including his deputy and the head of Information Technology Organization of Iran as well as some officials of the Iranian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, will stay for six days in China.
He is scheduled to visit the Chinese industry and information technology minister as well as the CEOs of China Telecom Corporation, Huawei Technologies Company and ZTE Corporation during his stay.
