Islamabad customs impounds NDP Mercedes Benz priced Rs8.5m

ISLAMABAD: The directorate of customs intelligence and investigation, federal board of revenue Rawalpindi, impounded a non-duty-paid smuggled Mercedes Benz worth Rs8.5million.

On a tip-off that a smuggled vehicle Mercedes Benz Motor car Modelled 2006 with fake registration plate No. ABZ-757 (ICT Islamabad) is plying near Attock Petroleum F-11 Markaz Islamabad. The anti-smuggling staff of the Rawalpindi directorate reached there. The vehicle was being driven by Raja Riaz Hussain S/o Raja Fayyaz Hussain, a resident of House No. 116, street No. 1-E, Mohallah Banaras Colony Rawalpindi.
