Islamabad Customs to hold auction on May 18

ISLAMABAD: In order to generate more revenue, the Model Customs Collectorte has decided to hold a big auction of confiscated goods on May 18, 2016.

It was second auction in a same month in which more than fifty non-duty paid vehicles, heavy bikes, cosmetics, imported cloth, electronics, and others items will be auctioned.

Islamabad Customs Collector Dr Arslan Subuctageen has directed the team of auction cell, comprising Assistant Collector Tahir Iqbal Khattak and Superintendent Zargam Dirl to ensure the participation of maximum bidders in the auction so a competitive environment could be developed. He also directed them to conduct the auction in a transparent way.

Following directions of the collector, the auction team has decided to make advertising in the markets to attract people.
