Islamabad High Court adjourns hearing of cases involving ATIR

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of cases involving Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) and others.

A division bench of the IHC comprising of Justice Noorul Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah heard the cases and adjourned the same to different dates.

A case filed Commissioner Inland Revenue against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue was adjourned till last week of March. The bench also adjourned five references filed by Hub Power Company. These references were filed against LTU officer Commissioner Inland Revenue.

Another IHC Division Bench comprising of Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani took on hearing cases filed by Commissioner Inland Revenue and adjourned till March 16. These references were filed by M/s Hub Power Company. This bench also heard and adjourned Messers Nowshera’s reference against ATIR.
