Islamabad High Court to hear cases involving LTU today

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court will hear several cases involving Large Taxpayer’s Unit (LTU) on Monday (today).

The IHC bench comprising Justice Noorul Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah was scheduled for hearing the tax references filed by LTU officers, Commissioner of Income Tax against M/s Economic Fuels (Private) limited and Muhammad Khalid Randhawa who was the named respondent on part of Shaukat and Sons Limited.

The bench would also hear the cases filed by LTU commissioner Inland Revenue against M/s National Telecommunication Corporation and M/s Askari Gaurds Private limited.

During lasts hearings, the bench had directed the counsels involved to ensure their presence before the bench and provide related documents.
