ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue has amended jurisdiction notification of Chief Commissioner and Commissioners Inland Revenue, Regional Tax Office, Sahiwal.
The FBR, exercising powers conferred under section 209 of the Income tax Ordinance, 2001, section 30 and section 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 2990, section 29 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, amended the Board’s earlier notification issued vide F No 57(2) Jurisdiction/201680274-R dated June 29, 2017 in the following manner: In para 2 of the said notification for the expression “July 1, 2017” the expression “October 1, 2017 will be substituted.
