Kaleemuddin reinstated

ISLAMABAD: The competent authority has reinstated Kaleemuddin, an Inland Revenue Service officer of BS-18.

The authority, in pursuance of order dated 16-11-2016 passed by the Learned Federal Service Tribunal, Islamabad (Karachi Bench) in Appeal No. 23(K)(CS)2016, reinstated the officer into the government service with effect from October 30,2015, subject to the final decision of the Supreme Court on CPLA filed by Federal Board of Revenue in the instant case.
