KARACHI: The Karachiites bought around 80,000 sacrificial animals from Sohrab Goth cattle market in just two days.
According to market Administrator Rana Imran, people usually visit cattle market five to seven days before Eid to purchase animals. He hoped that the sale would further surge in coming days.
Imran also appreciated his team as well as the water suppliers for ensuring sufficient water supply for both animals and people visiting the market. He said that 16 litres free of cost water was arranged for each animal on daily basis.
